Each journey has its own story, with its highs and lows, but it is one where I choose to promote self-discovery, an openness to being your authentic self without judgement. Together with my clients, we work to address the feelings, thoughts and patterns of behaviour that disrupt their lives and cause them to feel stuck in a cycle of despair. Solutions are a natural by-product of this dynamic and important work that we do together. My favourite part of therapeutic work is the slow yet consistent transformation that it brings about, all while being more present in our lives.

In my years of experience with therapy, I realize that I find joy in watching my clients take action to make their lives better, when given a safe space, a judgement-free zone and a realization of their own potential to heal.

Apart from working with my therapy clients in a one-on-one capacity, I carry out group therapy sessions and workshops. I also work with corporates to help them promote psychological health and wellbeing among their employees.
